Who draws stars in the sky?

Cast down from above, or mirrored from below?

Are you entranced?

Mesmerized by the brilliance?

Macro & micro united as one.

Photons dance to a frequency of reverence.

Brethren of the sun.

Memories you share, distant and mysterious.

Presently, they are an echo of the past.

And so your gaze rises just before the dawn.

Atmospheric gravity hugs you from the nothingness.

A severed quantum link.

Darkness takes on space.

A central torus, mother Earth.

Her satellite the moon.

Comforts you blindly through a distorted lens.

Masking what may be shined from these distant energies.

These friends, distinct, glowing, radiant.

Both perceptible and imperceptible.

Not of this Earth.
